In June of 2018, even though it hadn’t been according to plan, I found myself on top of Katahdin, about to start a southbound thru hike on the Appalachian Trail. Although I had a bit more experience, it provided plenty of unexpected challenges and lessons. It’s hard to believe it’s in the same country as the PCT. Read about it here or click the image below.
